We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your T-shirt for any reason, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or washing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Customized or personalized T-shirts
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
- Once the request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it according to the instructions provided.
Return requests that do not follow the above process may not be approved.
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged products
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the product if it meets the return eligibility criteria.
